JOHNNY WARREN CUP - CHAMPIONS OF CHAMPIONS

In a first for Futsal in Australia, a State wide Futsal Cup will be launched in Queensland this summer presenting Futsal clubs the opportunity to be crowned state Champions of Champions.
The Johnny Warren Futsal Cup will be organised by Queensland Futsal Leaguel, under the jurisdiction of Football Queensland and will kick off in Dec each year.

Hello and welcome to the 2011 Johnny Warren Champions Futsal Cup Challenge . This 1 day event is held to find the Champion Club team in SEQ from registered FFA Futsal Clubs throughout South East Qld.
 
Date :   Saturday 10th December 2011
 
Venue:  "Insports Cornubia " 146 Bryants Road Cornubia , Qld
 
Cost : Team fee is $250.00 per team
 
Eligibility: Teams must be currently competing in an FFA/FQ Club Futsal League. All players MUST be original players from this team. The team will be the CURRENT highest placed aged appropriate team in their club competition OR a club team who is deemed to be at the highest level by their club administrators.
 
Age Groups : 10s , 11s , 12s , 13s & 14s- ( 12s & 14 girls )
 
Teams : Very limited spots available only 6 teams per age group will be accepted.
 
Nominations : Team nominations will be accepted on a first in first accepted basis. To complete your nomination you must return the attached team sheet fully completed by e-mail/fax and have the teams fees paid in full prior to 5pm- 2nd December 2011.
